Where can I see the price of your products & what is the denomination?

 

There is a product description on all our items & the price is always after the cash 💵 ICON.

 

Our prices are in (¥) Chinese Yuan. All international orders will be converted to ($)USD using the real time Google Currency converter.

 

Which city in China can you deliver?

 

We can deliver anywhere in Mainland China, we use SF Express for the deliveries. the shipping fee is paid once the package arrives @ your doorstep.

 

Can you deliver anywhere in the world?

 

Yes! We can deliver anywhere in the world. You can also choose which courier you would prefer to use. Payment is made through Paypal. Message us to discuss.

 

Can you offer fapiao to my orders?

 

Yes, we can! Please mention that during our conversation that you would need a fapiao. It is important that you give us instructions to whom and what sort of fapiao you need. Official fapiaos will be 6% of the total amount purchased.

 

Can you offer a quality warranty?

 

Definitely! All of our products are warrantied by our store. Our Operations Team makes sure that it is all well packed and protected in order to maintain  the quality from the moment we pack the goods until all the way to your door.

 

However, if you are not happy with what you've received, we refund you completely. Please check our Return & Refund policy below.

 

Can I schedule my deliveries?

 

Yes, you can! During our conversation, please specify the date and time you wish to receive your goods.

 

 

 What's your Return & exchange policy?

 

If you find some problem and wish for a refund, we'll always have the solution! Please report through Wechat about  the problems within 24h. Please make sure to add pictures of the defective product and don’t forget to inform your phone number when adding the complaint.

 

We will be able to get back to you in no time! If you wish to exchange products, we also can do it. Although, if the reason is not related to quality or any problem caused by our team, we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee because our items would need to be returned to our special windows of these designers through our special connections. 

 

What are your modes of payments?

 

We can accept, Wechat Pay, Alipay, Union Pay Bank transfer & PayPal where you can use all major credit cards.  

 

Do you have a physical store?

 

No, we don’t. We are exclusively virtual, that is the reason we can maintain our low prices.

 

What happens if my package gets stolen in transit?

 

If in case your package gets stolen, we guarantee to send a new order back to you!
